Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Kargham, we strive to deliver the best quality products to our customers. While we do not accept returns, we do offer an exchange facility under the following terms:

Exchange Policy

Customers can request an exchange within 2 days of receiving the product.

Exchanges are only applicable for:

  • Size-related issues
  • Defective or damaged items

Exchange Conditions

A shipping charge of ₹125 for upto 500 gms and ₹250 for 500gms-1kg  will be applicable for all exchange requests.

The product must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In its original packaging
  • With tags intact

Important Note

Returns and exchanges are not applicable on stock clearance sale items.

For defective or damaged product exchanges, the customer must provide a complete unboxing video as proof.

No Returns Policy

  • We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
  • Refunds are not applicable.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • Refunds are not applicable.
